This hotel is ideally situated in downtown Dubai. It is easily accessible to the Metro which runs the length and breadth of Dubai. The rooms are spacious and has well sized kitchenettes which, mind are poorly stocked (The complimentary coffee and sugar sachets must been sitting there for months). “An good place to stay in Dubai”

Excellent location and modern practical sweets that give great comfort and feeling of being at home. The Staff were very hospitable and helpful especially when I was trying to checkin online for my return flight. I had to ask for a slippers for the shower since I haven't found any in the room.

Our previous review (October 2011) highlighted the good and bad points for this hotel. Those comments therein remain valid for this latest visit. Our disappointment this time revolved around the booking and room allocation procedure. We booked direct with the hotel and requested a non-smoking classic suite. Good location to stay. Metro/ supermarkets very accessible However we had an issue with the breakfast which was paid for. Being a family hotel, we didnt expect breakfast to be closing by 10 (or 10.30 am)
