Staying in this hotel was a nightmare. They also claim to be the cheapest in Al Rigga but in fact it would have been better to pay a few more quid and stayed in some decent hotels nearby. From the moment I walked in the hotel, the lobby was small and felt claustrophobic and intimidating for a single female traveller.... More

From 26 till 29 th december 2013 , stayed in this pathetic hotel. Bad smell , dirty carpets, non flushing toilets, lack of hot water, poor front desk managers who did not know how to reach us even when we were sitting right in front of them in breakfast room while our driver who had to take us to airport... I was really disappointed with the treatment that we received from the hotel staff while trying to check in into the hotel. The receptionist Lola was not welcoming at all with an angry posture refusing our reservation claiming that they cannot check in different nationalities and females at the same apartment! She even said that females are not allowed in... More

Other than the location, nothing fancy about this property. Outdated rooms and interiors. Price is AED 275 for a single room. Had agreed for free internet, but never as usual worked during my two nights stay. Very punctual on checking out, the hotel is below 50% occupancy but on the day of checkout at sharp 12 noon, we got call... More

Visited this place out of option during Gulf Food exhibtion..stayed fo 4 nights. Reception staff is weird..at times you find the bell boy at the reception. Room service is pathetic..god knows why but they never provide towels after cleaning the rooms. Location is nice, near to Al Ghurair shopping, lot of restaurants & walking distance to metro station Al Rigga... More

My recent experience at this hotel apartment, during the EID holidays in October 2012, was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite its strategic location--- the concept of service, cleanliness and courtesy, a vital ingredient for a successful hospitality business, was totally missing. Rooms were infested with pests, the customary tea/coffee sachets which are found in most hotel apartments missing. The... More
