Fantastic location on The Walk of Dubai Marina. The public beach is in front of the hotel. Very big apartments with everything. The staff is very kind and at your disposal. Everything is really perfect for everybody!

Spectacular residences with wonderful ocean views. Located on one of the best boulevards on the Dubai Marina and directly facing the beach the OBT is a simply super place to stay whilst in Dubai.

This apartment completely surpassed our expectations. We had a two bedroom superior suit and it was huge! We had a nice kitchen fully equiped, living area, and 4 bathrooms. I booked this hotel using booking.com, for some reason the "Superior " appartment was listed as being more expensive than the "Premier" version. I really could not find a single fault with this accommodation. We stayed in a 4 bedroomed apartment on 17th floor - there were four huge comfortable en suite bedrooms, a massive living area, large fully equipped kitchen, balcony and impressive views all round. The apartment also had a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and complimentary washing powder....
