There is no categorisation for hotel apartments in Dubai and if moon valley claims it to be 3 star then it is absolutely lie and I am wondering how tripsadvisor is allowing such rating, they should do due diligence prior listing it as a 3 star. This is below par hotel and not a very great property to stay besides its location... This hotel is terrible! First of all room for 3 persons is equipped not with the 3 beds, but with “extrabed” (as staff saying), in their words this “extrabed” is “absolutely no shaking”. This bed is not a bed, but it is a folding bed (pretty old one I shall add). Staff have very strong accent. Pakistan, or Indian I... More

Great location 2 minutes from Bur Jurman metro station (on the map it looks much more distant, but actually you can see the hotel right after you exit the metro station and walk over an empty future building site). There is an Indian restaurant across the street and shops close by. We were upgraded from studio room to an one... More

When I entered this hotel, I expected it to be a good hotel considering they stated that it was rated 3 stars. However when I entered the hotel and went into the bathroom, dirty water was leaking into my bathroom from the top roof where others customers were staying. Blankets, bed sheets and pillows absolutely filthy and look like they... More

Well when u go to dubai u need to go for a cheapest hotel stay coz the other things are dam expensive here. Thus when i started searching for hotels the cheapest that i could get was this. This was the only thing good about it. Dont expect any good service. The staff is not bothered. The studio room that... More

I travel annually to Dubai with a group of colleagues for work and I have stayed at Moon Valley Apartments in March 2012 and April 2013. I found their rooms were clean, and I had a good nights sleep on a comfortable bed, the rooms were quite spacious, with a mini kitchenette,a decent sized fridge and cold air conditioning, for... The location is great with metro , restaurants and shops nearby but the hotel is abandoned. The rooms were clean but poorly conditioned. Not to mention the terrible breakfast. It is impossible for me to eat indian food at 7:00am and for 8 days! All other food was crap. No honey, no cheese, no yogurt and no coffee and tea... More

Firstly, the hotel is located at a great location which is just beside the Bur Juman Metro station. This station is junction connecting both Green and Red lines in Dubai. The rooms are quite spacious and decent, also clean. There's a lot of space in wardrobe. But had a difficulty operating the safe box. The bathroom could be more well... More

Based on price and other reviews I decided to stay at this hotel and unfortunately to my disappointment my experience was not a good one. The one good thing about this hotel is that it is close to a metro station however that's where it ends as depending on your reasons for staying in this area there is not much... More
