The Kempinski is a lovely hotel; An impressive triple height entrance greets together with a warm and friendly welcome. We arrived earlier than the stated check-in time (after an overnight flight) and whilst the room wasn't ready, every effort was made to accomodate us. The Hotel Was very good. I recieved a complementary upgrade to an executive room. Very nicely decorated and equipped. The lobby has a ventiliation problem with smoke from the kitchen seeping in. But a very modren lobby nonetheless. unmatched shopping location. WiFi was not free :( more
