Advertised as a 4* but more like 3 1/2*. The rooms had a plenty of things not working or missing... the housekeeping forgets to replenish the toilet paper.... showers just drip water. The service was terrible too. I dont think that this hotel should be in any race of four star hotels, rather it should not be even allowed to be in such a race. Ego filled staff, small rooms with faulty telephone sets, tv sets and even AC.. will never go there again

i stayed in this nice place for four days.it was very nice experience,excellent service ,beautiful interior and efficient staff made my stay very comfortable.breakfast was good but needs more variety.bathrooms were clean and so were the rooms.
