Comfortable room with good bathroom although hard to climb in and out of bath to have a shower. Bed was comfy and room had everything we needed, including free wifi. Breakfasts in the cafe were well done with good variety of food. All the staff were friendly, although the maître d was fairly stand-offish. Great view of the Dubai museum... More

The reason I rated this hotel as average is that they kept me and my daughter waiting for almost two hours to check in when we arrived, despite an email confirmation prior to arriving to say that they will accommodate is as our flight was arriving at approximately 8 am. We were both shattered but the staff just coldly informed... More

We had a wonderful room at the Arabian Courtyard, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the decor as well as the location in the older part of Dubai, walking distance to all sites there such as the souks, the Dubai Museum was across the street. Breakfast was great, Dinner in the Bastikya restaurant was okay, but we had... More

Me and my cousin stayed here for 6 nights.. From our arrival to departure all the staff were helpful friendly and always willing to do as much as they could to make our stay as amazing as they could. Location was perfect right on Meena bazaar and getting a taxi anywhere was easy and simple.. Rooms were cleaned everyday and... More

I chose this hotel because of the authentic decor and it did not disappoint - right down to the lovely doorman. The biggest plus to this hotel though is its location right opposite the Dubai Museum which also is a stop for the Big Red Bus tour. Bastikya quarter, textile souk are all within walking distance. We had the executive... More

Spent a few days mid August at this quaint, yes older but with plenty of character, hotel located in old Dubai next door to the Dubai museum (which is also well worth visiting). Staff excellent, eating & drinking outlets in the hotel if it is too hot outside. It was 49 degrees when we stayed so takes some getting used... More

Loved this hotel with it's traditional furnishings, draperies and waiting/quiet rooms. Great service, excellent breakfast, but too hot to even use the swimming pool. When we went to check out the pool, the attendant advised us with a perfectly straight face to be sure to bring our bathing costumes. Loved walking through the old souk and catching the wee local... We stayed at this hotel in July and found it an enjoyable experience. We were made to feel most welcome from the second we pulled up outside. We were greeted by very friendly staff and a complimentary drink. The rooms were very clean, and the food in the restaurants on site was delicious and reasonably priced. Free wifi was great.... More
