Let's summarize it: luxury at a great price, very friendly and helpful staff, very confortable bedroom. one of the most beautiful places to stay in or near Dubai. The pools overseeing the desert are simply amazing.

We stayed for the first two days of Eid. The hotel is beautifully designed in the traditional Gulf style, the room was very comfortable and beautifully designed. Many activities for tourists such as camel rides, falconry, etc. The food at the Indian restaurant Masala was exceptionally delicious and worth the price, however prices were quite high for other restaurants. The pool... More

This is our fourth visit to this wonderful resort as it is one of favorite location in the middle of desert. It is easily accessible and once you get there you will leave all the tensions. The reception desk is friendly and once you checked in they will take a walk around though the hotel The pool is superb and... More

This was an exceptional stay, even if it was for a business event, the whole place is so relaxing and works like clockwork. As it was business I didn't use the restaurants in the complex as we were at events, but all the catering we did have was first rate, will go back personally which is an unusual conclusion from... We were taken out to Bab Al Shams for a dinner/show while in Dubai for a conference. The whole evening was a wonderful experience, from our arrival at dusk, seeing the falcons, drinks outside in the fading light, then the warm welcome as we walked into the outdoor dining area. The dinner was excellent with lots of choice, friendly waiting... More

Breathtaking ...a great place to relax...get massages and spend your day by the pool... Food is expensive but take a package with meals. Two to three nights are good enough for the experience . If u can handle the heat visit in off season summer time for cheap rooms!

One of my fav places to go in Dubai. middle of nowehere. no cars. no traffic. no construction. sand. sand. sand all around. make the best of it. best time is between Nov through April; the weather is sublime. enjoy the infinity pool, enjoy the cold towels provided every few minutes. enjoy the drinks being served. enjoy the buffet afterwards... We really enjoyed our short 2 night stay at Bab Shams. The resort really gives you the feeling that you are in a secluded old bedouin fort. We kept finding little alleyways, ponds and seating areas tucked away everywhere. The pools where amazing (there were several accomodating children in the shallow ones and adults in the larger one). The large... More

Our friends live in Dubai and explained that a visit to Al Hadeerah at the Bab Al Shams Desert Resort was a good way to experience some very good Arabian dishes while being entertained with a floor show usually pitched at tourists visiting the region. Pleasantly surprised on arrival however as there were more locals than visitors and lots of... More
