We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Our room was viewing the water canals and every now and then you will see Gondolas (Locally called A'abrah). If you are a resident of the hotel you can ride for free to any place. Moreover, you can take it around the canals for more than 15 minutes to view the area....

Excellent location - close to beach, restaurants and activities such as Wild Wadi. We were pleased with the level of service and comfort provided for a family traveling with small children. Poor house keeping.....after numerous complaints they have finally re stocked the mini bar after 5 days !!!!
Poor front of house....after flying first class the hotel failed to collect us from the airport. We were then told our room wouldn't be ready for another 7 hours, so we had to get changed in the toilets.
