Stayed in this hotel for a week. Nice spacious room, but it was impossible to sleep, because the room was over night club. Asked for another and hot in higher floor with better view. Staff was not so friendly. Food was ok.

Stayed in this hotel for a night. They upgraded me to deluxe room, room architecture was good. Bed was comfortable, toiletries weren't that great (I generally don’t crib about it, but I noticed). Breakfast was okay - not great. It is located close to a metro station, but difficult to find.

The hotel is decently located, and the back office staff were very attentive. However the rooms were dirty, the manager clueless and the front desk have no customer care skills. The hotel, for whatever reason, is aimed at, and predominantly occupied by Russian nationals. I would strongly reccomend you to look at an alternative hotel, as the Al Rigga area... More

We choose this hotel because it was cheap and near the metro (but not easy to find) to spend an overnight before catching an ongoing flight. We paid around 50 Euros per night incl. breakfast for a standard room. The room was dated and had a living and a bedroom. Bathroom had good water pressure but wasn’t that clean. Bring... More

The hotel is well situated if you want to stay on the old side of the city. The rooms are in need of renovation, but they are of a reasonable size, comfortable with tasteful soft furnishings. Bathroom is medium size and functional, it has a shower of the bath with a high step up, but with handrails. There is a... More

This hotel is a combination of Faulty Towers and a carry on film. The almost floor to ceiling window was missing in the corridor four stories up! Room was shabby and a little dirty especially the bath room. After being woken up at six in the morning by builders taking out more windows we checked out and found a different... More

I stayed one night at Versailles and had a comfortable stay. As already mentioned from other travellers, the place can be very hard to find but my lovely female driver from Pink taxis ( taxis for the Ladies) had no problem to find it.. The hotel close to the airport, it is in the old Dubai area and close to... More

I do hate to give negative reviews. So let's start with the positives: Pros: 1) Helpful Staff 2) Excellent Rates 3) Decent Location Cons: 1) Everything else you can imagine This is simply a terribly conceived, executed and run hotel. The rooms are horrible and off-putting, the restaurant is awful in almost every way, there are three "nightclubs" in a... More
