Great little hotel with lovely views of the Dubai Creek. The staff were friendly and helpful and the free daily shuttle bus to the Al-Mamzar beach was great! Rooms were spacious and clean and a small selection of complimentary toiletries were provided. The two things that let it down were 1) the lack of furniture on the balcony so despite... More

I'd stayed at this hotel more than a couple years back. I was happy to return and was not disappointed by my choice. True the hotel does not have the latest and trendy look or feel to it, but it is comfortable, quiet and well located. The rooms are clean, spacious, the air conditioning works quietly and well plus the... More

We were only at the Hotel for one night in early February and found it to be more than acceptable without the fancy trimming that many Dubai hotels are famous for. Turning up very early and well before normal check in times our luggage was looked after and a room found for us a couple of hours later. We chose... More

If you want a hotel near Dubai Creek and the Souk, the Riviera is quite good for the money -considering the high hotel prices in Dubai. It must be one of the smallest hotels in Dubai. My room was clean with a comfortable bed and a small balcony. The overall service was also good, and breakfast was adequate.Nothing fancy with... More

The rooms were very comfortable but functional. The wifi was precarious. The staff was unbelievably helpful. We cannot thank enough Yuko for providing tour informations. we spent 6 nights at the Riviera over new year following a cruise. we received a warm welcome and was taken to our room, we took the advice from other reviews and had a creek room on the 3rd floor, it was high enough for the traffic to not be a major problem and the view is definitely worth it... We stayed one whole week in Riviera inspired by several positive reviews. And we were not disappointed! Its location in excellent by the Creek and it is possible to observe activities of an old style harbor and old wooden merchant ships. Close to abra and metro stations. Our first night was on 2nd floor due to fully booked hotel and... More

Really enjoyed a 2 night stop over at the Riviera. Found the staff to be friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was a good size and although the decor is a bit dated it is clean and accommodating. I note a previous comment about the repetitive music in the restaurant at breakfast and yes endless Celine Dion is far from... More

this is our second stay at this outlet ,close to the gold & spice souks and just over the river [ 1 durham by boat to cross] from the old silk souk. Right on the creek so you can watch the night lights of the dhows on there dinner cruises. A great place to stay ,friendly and helpful staff. The... More

We stayed at the Riviera for two nights, breaking a trip to Europe. Airport transfers were part of our booking and were no problem even though our flight arrived at 5.30am. We were also allowed to check-in when we arrived at the hotel at about 6.30am, no extra charge, and because we were leaving before breakfast on the final day,... More
