I stayed here for three nights.Simple hotel apartment. No frills. Clean, quiet, I negotiated a free breakfast with the room. In any case breakfast costs AED29. The room that I took had a refrigerator, cooking range, vessels etc. The AC was making some strange noise and they fixed it immediately. My friend had another room that had a washing machine..... Pearl is not what it use to be. Everything need to be changed. The towels are old, plate, kettle, pot are bad. You need to buy water to brink, when you go for breakfast . A lot as changed from good to bad. You can't order for food after 9pm. I use to like these place before.

Stayed for a week while attending a conference. I would never stay there for a penny more than I paid. The apartments are big but need deep cleaning and maintenance. You have to pay for wifi that logs you off every time you want to use, so keep the paper slip with your access code at all times! Most of... More

Stayed here for 10 days on a business trip. The good things first -Nice location in the heart of Bur Dubai, behind Burjuman shopping centre and not too far from the metro station. Has eateries and shops within a 1 km radius. King sized rooms and helpful staff. Wi-fi signal strength was good throughout. Breakfast included in the deal. The... More

It is typical transfer hotel but rooms are very big even with two separated toilets. It was few guests so dinner was sometimes served; it tested good but comparing other hotels I've visited in Persian Gulf the coise was poor. Hovewer, it is good hotel for people who want to spend all day in Dubai and stay there for the... More

Fortunately we only stayed here for a short night. We were coming from Abu Dhabi and needed a place to crash before we caught our very early morning flight out of Dubai the next morning. If we had been planning to stay here for any longer than that, we would have walked out and found a new place to stay!... More

Decided to stay at Pearl Residences for a night in transit. Got an online rate of GBP51 inc taxes which seemed too good to be true. Upon Check in, I was upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, which I did not benefit from at all. The TV (21" box) was located in the living room, and no TV in the... More

Stayed here about 4 days, last Sep, worth the money. Good enough breakfast, we got given a one bed apartment as we first walked into a studio and we had not booked that, it was horrible, the one bed aprtment was huge and nice. WE got given this because my husband used to work for a company that used their... More

Stayed here on business. Located in Bur Dubai, the old original Dubai its within the heart of the city surrounded by residential, hotels and close to malls and the metro. Thats where the positives end. The rooms are dated, bland with furniture that needs replacing, the a/c has an odour that indicates its in need of a service. This is... More
