I stayed in this "service apartment" during peak season, i.e. Dubai Shopping Festival 2013, as the rooms are hard to come by during that time of year. For the price paid one would expect a 3 star experience or equivalent, and not 1-star facility.

Though rooms need to be renovated for the price its not bad which i paid 204 dhirams for a night. Basic facilities like net are not free. Not all staffs are co-operative. I must say the corridor of second floor was stinking with sweat smell all day. Swimming poor is clean.

Not what I expected in Dubai- needs renovating, rooms out of date & very basic to say the least. Had been told by travel agent that it was an Emirates hotel so expected much more than was provided! Extremely disappointed however staff were helpful.
