The hotel is located right across from metro and makes travelling in Dubai so much easier. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. All facilities in excellent condition. Pool is relaxing. Great place to stay and I would highly recommend to others. We are definately staying again.

Hotel at the main street of Dubai. Average rooms and average breakfast. Short distance from the Dubai World Trade Centre for our exhibition Sweets Middlea east. One stop with subway/train or 15 minutes wlking from the hotel to DWTC. Few stops away from Burj Kahlifa and Dubai Mall. For sightseeing take the Hop-on-hop-off bus through 'old' Dubai and the 'Beach... More

Reception staff were very nice and my room was so clean and tidy. I looked at the reviews before booking on various websites. In the end I booked because I had an open mind. I even had a back up hotel booked in case I did not like the hotel. To my surprise it adequately meant my needs and the... More

We were put up here by Emirates over the STPC. This hotels probably used only by Emirates for providing stay for passengers with over 12 hours before their connecting flight. The rooms were bad with stale odour and the buffet food equally bad. But i guess you dont have a choice if you get a free stay. Would surely not... More

First off, let me make a disclaimer that I did not have to pay for my one night stay because it was paid for by emirates for a cancelled flight. But being an airport hotel, (15mins from the airport so maybe a plus) one would think IN Dubai, where everything is the fastest, the tallest, the mostest, something as basic... More

I had a stop over here between Emirates Flights. Why do so many hotels have to load ridiculous internet charges onto the bill? Surely as a business traveller this should be free. On the plus side the rooms are big and the quality of food is excellent. There is a lot of airport and train noise though, depending on your... More

I stayed in this hotel in Feb for 1 night and it was very impersonal beautiful room but cold and clinical and the bed was excellent for what I saw of it.The decor was nice and the reception staff were efficient.I arrived late at night as I was on a stopover flight to India so therefore I didn't experience much... Great location for this apart/hotel with great views from the roof swimming pool. The distance from the airport and downtown is a bit far but for everything else I would highly recommend this place. Also I could mention the spa but we didn't spend much time there as we were busy at the beach and malls.

This is Emirates Airlines company owned hotel for extended layovers in Dubai for economy-class fliers. The rooms are shopworn, but generally clean, and fairly large - but after 14 hours in a plane, who cares about anything other than a hot shower and a place to lie down flat for a while! The beds are comfortable, and the bottled water... More

I had 11 hrs in Dubai last week between flights. United Airlines did a stellar job of messing up everything possble for me, so by the time I got to the hotel I was exhausted, grumpy, tired, and without clothes, toiletries, etc. The staff were professional and courteous without exception, the outdoor space is wonderfully relaxing, and the bathroom in...
