worst hotel i have been in UAE, been there only for one night and was more than enough, really poor service, felt unwelcome on the check in and quality of room is way out of the range, toilet not cleaned properly.

Impeccable service throughout. Concierge were so polite and couldn't do enough for you. Restaurant staff were absolutely outstanding and the food was of an extremely high standard. The food service times are great too. Rooftop and jacuzzi were lovely with great views. Lifeguard up there too. It was a bit messy as they were doing some work up there. Rooms... More

Arrived late between flights to find that most hotel facilities were closed. City tax over our pre paid price to be paid on check in - hence undue o/s transaction fee as we went in cashless. Room was fairly comfortable and spacious, although not modern. Aircon was breezy but that is probably a must in this crazy climate. Receptionist tried... More

We arrived at Dubai airport at 12.15am. The staf who greeted us at The Millenium Office were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel shuttle bus took us to the hotel. We were only having a very short overnight stay so the Receptionist recommended an early morning wake up call. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was included in our... More

Emirates put us up overnight in this hotel because we had a 13 hour layover. We were pleased with the room, it was a bright, modern hotel with clean bathrooms and an excellent selection for the complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located right across from metro and makes travelling in Dubai so much easier. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. All facilities in excellent condition. Pool is relaxing. Great place to stay and I would highly recommend to others. We are definately staying again.

Hotel at the main street of Dubai. Average rooms and average breakfast. Short distance from the Dubai World Trade Centre for our exhibition Sweets Middlea east. One stop with subway/train or 15 minutes wlking from the hotel to DWTC. Few stops away from Burj Kahlifa and Dubai Mall. For sightseeing take the Hop-on-hop-off bus through 'old' Dubai and the 'Beach... More

Reception staff were very nice and my room was so clean and tidy. I looked at the reviews before booking on various websites. In the end I booked because I had an open mind. I even had a back up hotel booked in case I did not like the hotel. To my surprise it adequately meant my needs and the... More

We were put up here by Emirates over the STPC. This hotels probably used only by Emirates for providing stay for passengers with over 12 hours before their connecting flight. The rooms were bad with stale odour and the buffet food equally bad. But i guess you dont have a choice if you get a free stay. Would surely not... More

First off, let me make a disclaimer that I did not have to pay for my one night stay because it was paid for by emirates for a cancelled flight. But being an airport hotel, (15mins from the airport so maybe a plus) one would think IN Dubai, where everything is the fastest, the tallest, the mostest, something as basic... More
