Great value for money, friendly helpful staff, comfortable room and good location. One desk staff was very helpful with local advice and lent me a bus/metro card to use. The weather was very hot up to 45 degrees C which made the hotel most inviting. A well stocked supermarket and food outlets are close by but it is quite a... More

Inexpensive stay, located in a neigbourhood filled with shops and places to eat. The room was spacious and clean, the staff friendly and proffesional. The only downgrade was very expensive in room wifi.

Front desk gentleman (Tunisian-i forget his name) is rude and has zero customer service etiquette. Were booked into smoking room but had requested non smoking.Elevator, corridor and room stank of smoke,we had to sleep with window open. The lobby is crowded and noisy. Wifi is not free. Bed had a crooked wire that made sleeping uncomfortable. Do not book this hotel!! Run

The hotel is located in the Deira part of Dubai. Very close to the airport , It was noisy due to planes taking of, so bear that in mind when you book. The staff were very friendly, very helpful, made you feel welcome and always gave 100% to help you and answer any questions. The staff at breakfast were also... More

For me when I'm travelling, i usually spend the whole day out, either for landmarks or for shopping, so all what I need is a clean and comfortable place to take a bath and sleep :) I prefer to spend the money for leisure instead of spending it at a fancy hotel where I'll stay awake a couple of hours... This is a cheap hotel, so we did not expect much. However it was just not good enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which is why I rated it poor rather than terrible, but that is where it ended. Our room was filthy. The carpet was stained and manky, but worst of all it had not been vacuumed... More

The hotel is a bit old already but it is still ok. The staff were friendly and this kind of attitude compensated for what the hotel lacks physically. It is near the airport but metro is not within walking distance. Buffet breakfast was ok. There is a pool but I have not seen it so I cannot give a rating... More

We booked this hotel for a 24 hours stopover between flights. With the taxi from Dubai airport it is about a 20 minute drive depending on the traffic. To the hotel it will cost about 40.00 AED. Airport taxis will start with a 25.00 rate. Right away after entering the hotel you notice that the staff are very friendly and... More

The hotel smelt of a musty, stale smell. There was a leak in the bathroom. The noise from the airport was awful. I did not sleep for 2 nights as there was an aeroplane landing every 2 minutes. Surely the hotel should have double/triple glazing. I asked for an iron and they brought me one with a dodgy plug, and... More
