Recently thrice I stayed there Its very good hotel for travelers either for business or leisure purposes. Its location is amid business area where most of your needs are achieved here. Only metro stations are a bit far away from this hotel, but taxis are available. There are a good number of restaurants at the surroundings of this hotel and... More

We got deal from this hotel with breakfast free wifi. It was very comfortable experience and best decision to stay in this hotel. Its is heart of Bur Dubai. You can catch the boat walking distance from this hotel to reach to Al Deira which is reasonable for 1dhs. Hotel staff is very friendly and supportive.

When I booked my stay at the Admiral Plaza hotel I was not expecting a 5 star resort for the price but I was expecting more than I received. For instance, the description stated that the hotel was in the heart of the city. If by that you thought it meant near any of the famous buildings or tourist spots,... More

Me and my family friends booked this hotel through some local agent Arabianlink. On the first arrival date the receptionist try to cheat us by demanding money while chk.in as saying you have to pay AED 200 for gov.tax. As we have booking through agent everything was included I told ; then the matter was solved. On our first breakfast... More

An average Hotel in the center of town but enough for short stay, quite good hotel for families on tour, businessmen etc. Very friendly front desk… helpful other staffs around though the rooms were bit small. Reasonable Breakfast… Good restaurant and services.

The smell in the hotel was very obvious, for me anyway and only got worse in our room especially when we turned on the air conditioner. The room was good and the air conditioner did work very well but everything looked old and in needed of an update. The hotel staff we friendly and helpful but I'm afraid I would... More

I wish I could start with anything good about this hotel. An old property with stinking rooms, rude staff, bad food and the list goes on. Don't take the breakfast inclusive package because you will have to anyways pay for breakfast outside (because breakfast is not edible, unless you like tea and toast for breakfast). Bed in the room are... More

Staying in The Creek

Neighborhood Profile
The Creek
The smell of frankincense hangs thick and heavy in the air, waves lap gently at jetties, and market traders call to passing tourists. The creek, originally the place where pearl boats docked and left on missions to uncover jewels from the deep, is where the city really began. The Al Fahidi District on the Creekside is one of the oldest heritage sites in Dubai, easily recognizable with its iconic wind towers, the original air conditioning. Home to the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding and the Dubai Museum, the old buildings also house a range of cafes, shops and art galleries. Often called “the real Dubai,” this is a wonderful place to lose yourself before catching an abra across the creek to the spice souk, where your senses will be overwhelmed with tastes, smells, and sounds.
