It's a decent hotel with nice big rooms. Just be careful which plug you use to charge your phone as many of them turn off with the main lights. The ones on the shelf near the door stay on. Wi-Fi is not free in room but it's cheap enough. Can only connect two devices however.

It is a nice hotel with good food and amazing crew. I spent there 10 days...the hospitality is excellent. Close to the metro station. The Old Souk and Dubai Museum in walking distance....Ramada is a good solution in Dubai.

Very good and comfortable hotel. Rooms very spacious and well equipped. Now it offers the free Wi-Fi in rooms it is much better. Staff are very polite, helpful and courteous. My room was serviced by housekeeping staff Amr who was exceptionally polite and serviced the room excellently. Will keep returning.

Good hotel near metro station with good breakfast with a large choice. But Wi-Fi is not free unlike more hotels in Dubai.

Close to two supermarkets stocked with a variety of products, local and international. Had clean gym facilities although being a female I felt uncomfortable using the equipment and swimming pool. The carpet was being replaced on our floor during our stay, minimal disruption to our access to the lifts.

The Ramada Bur Dubai is well placed for exploring both Bur Dubai and Deira. The Metro is less than 5 minutes away. The one drawback is they want to charge for wifi, which should be free as it is at virtually all hotels worldwide.

Stayed for 2 nights before flying back to the UK. Checked in very early, although our room wasn't ready. Left our bags with the concierge and they were in our room when we finally arrived later that evening. We were upgraded to a executive suite, which was very spacious. The lift up to the rooms had a glass front, which... More

We loved our stay at the hotel. It is connected to the metro line. Has department stores and eating places around and the bell desk and concierge stuff is very helpful and efficient. We had some issues with the housekeeping service which was promptly resolved to our satisfaction. An important point is that we had lost something and realised only... More
