I spent one evening at this hotel because my flight was delayed. The hotel is exactly what I expected from a Rotana property. Great service, comfortable, clean and many amenities not to mention a beautiful decor throughout the hotel. My only complaint is the slow check-in/check-out. They seem to be a bit slower than the towers Rotana. More

right near the airport and also near the festival city complex (nice shops and restaurants) so location wise it's good. also the hotel room were spacious and clean and the service was good. but i think al bustan's best feature were it's lovely restaurants, if you are staying there make time to eat in one of them, the thai one... Nice and clean hotel located less than 10 minute drive from the airport. Decor was modern and rooms up to date. Service was good although the breakfast in the lounge left a little more to be desired. More
