Of all the hotels I've ever stayed in, this was most definitely one of them. That's all I can say. Nicely furnished and comfortable, but largely without personality. Check-in and out process was miserably slow. NO FREE INTERNET! They tried hard to up-sell for free drinks and free internet, but it was prohibitively expensive. more

Really liked this place for a quick 24 hr stopover on the way to Europe. Had a large comfortable room with all mod cons and a great view of the creek. We stayed at this Hotel, for 3 nights in July 09. We arrived off an early flight, before 7am, and were given our room straight away, also invited to upgrade at a very small cost,which we did. This hotel is superb, including the personnel, service, food, room accommodations, Towers Lounge, fitness center. The location is excellent, right ON the creek, which is bustling with business all day. Yes, it is worth every penny or point to get a Towers Creek view room. I stayd on SPG floor (5th for Starwood prefered guests). Was surprised that my colleague's room on the Classic floor (1st floor) was better than mine! Classic room on the 1st floor had brand new furniture, very nice decorated, but city view, not Creek view. I reccomend this option ;) Air conditioner works noisy, bathroom is so and so ...... more

I did a lot of research before settling on the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Towers. We were very happy with our stay. It is just a short taxi ride from the airport. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, central location. The room was spotless and the staff honored our wedding anniversary by sending to the room the most delicious cake & upgraded us to a beautiful room. Creek view is a must. Nice pool. Quiet and a great place to relax and enjoy. more
