We stayed one night here on our way from Pakistan to New York. The hotel was decent, but in need of updating. The room smelled a bit musty and there were signs of definite mold problems in the bathroom. The most disappointing part of this stay was the location of our room. The hotel was not full by any means;... More

I made reservation on this hotel based on the proximity to a metro station and the location. During the booking process, I specifically read : NO DEPOSIT, pay when you stay. I provided my card number, but shortly after making reservation they charged my account, and when questioned: They informed that they had only pre-authorized my card. They were informed... More

Overall a good place to stay. We had a standard triple room and stayed for a week. Housekeeping was very prompt and thorough. You get daily add-on's like a bottle of drinking water (1 liter), tea bags, coffee sachets etc. at no extra cost unlike some other hotels I've been to. Breakfast buffet is quite decent though more to the... More

Transportation in Dubai is very difficult nowadays due to traffic,so it's very important to be near Metro station & the hotel is just 2 minutes far from it. Breakfast is very good so don't forget to reserve a room including breakfast. Staff is very helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is in front of a shopping market and very... More

The reception is very friendly and helpful, I booked a suite, the room is okay, I didn't like the interior, the standard needs to be updated, the area is good, airport is close by, I had to pay the room service in cash during the night

The hotel is located extremely well due to its proximity to prime points of interests such as Burj Khalifa , Dubai creek and Dubai mall. The Burjuman mall just outside the hotel has a variety of stores. You have a metro station just outside the hotel and the metro service is pretty fast , cheap and efficient. The best part... More

We were booked into the Regent Palace as part of a travel package out of Nairobi. Reading the reviews of this hotel before we traveled I expected a seedy place with a disco booming through the hotel at all hours. We were booked on the fourth floor of the hotel. Our rooms were quiet, I only heard a bit of... More

Good location and spacious rooms. For breakfast there is a lot of Indian food and not enough food for Europeans. Free wi-fi was good and cleanliness is ok. If you need hotel just for sliping, this is the right choice.

I was transferred to this hotel from a very disastrous stay at Ramee Royal. From my arrival to Check-out I received nothing but excellent service. I would like to Thank Stefani at reception who ensured all my needs were met timeously and efficiently. The hotel is in a great location, right across the road from Burjuman, Cabs are easy to...
