“Need of an In-House Directory”

1. I discovered that the room did not have the Hotel's In-house directory (having numbers of Housekeeping, Reception, Restaurant etc). I felt the need of it while asking for Iron board. “Value for money”

After a week in a very costly hotel I managed to get a room here for our last night in Dubai for $87,- per room. For this you get very good service, free Wifi in the lobby, a small but clean room, a decent hotel bar, and an ok italian restaurant. Nothing fancy but all solid, clean and friendly. Refreshing.

“Great service”

This hotel goes to prove that you don't need 5 stars to provide great friendly service. The Kenyan lady at the front desk was great, efficient and friendly. The night auditor was friendly and professional. The bar felt like home and free wi-fi was great. The Italianrestaurant served good food although there were some items not available. Well done guys.

“Straight Forward Business Hotel at Reasonable Price”

Ideal location for meetings at DIFC - one Metro stop away. Nice restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. Straight forward checking in and out process - booked online and paid at hotel! Clean lobby and room with sufficient basic amenities for business travel. Will stay again.

“Helpful but Small”

We had a huge problem checking in as we did not have our passports with us since it was just a one nights stay. we had to go through security clearance and change rooms with my parents so that at least one person per room had national ID or passports , even though we sent them me and my boyfriends...
