In general, Frist Central Hotel Apartments turned as a right choice due to super location inTecom, Intercity and value for the money. After dissapointment when we stepped in with the front desk staff attitude, next door building noise, it turned to pretty OK 7 days stay. The location is convenient, every taxi driver can easily find, breakfast is very good, pleasant,... We had a very good experience with this hotel from the moment we arrived until the last minute for 11 days. STAFF: welcomed us with a very fast check-in and offered all the information needed for our stay (restaurant and pool location, breakfast times etc.). We asked for a room at a higher level as other tripadvisor travelers suggested and... More

I stayed here for about ten days as temporary accommodation. The hotel is easily accessible by metro and taxi in Tecom- a neighborhood off the Sheikh Zayed Road and away from the glitz and glamour Jumeirah, Palm, Marina and Downtown have to offer. There are some nice bars and restaurants to explore within Tecom though. The room itself was a... More

We stayed at the first central hotel apartments for a week in April and could not have wished for a better experience. The staff were attentive and friendly, the rooms were clean and well decorated, and complimentary goods such as bottled water was always available. The kitchen in the room was small, but perfectly adequate for breakfast or preparing simple... More

I'm currently staying in the hotel. Been trying to get in touch with the management team the last week regarding an item which was taken away from my room. so far nobody has come back to me, even though that in a daily basis I've been speaking with member from the reception and housekeeping team. Try to get in touch... More

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Dubai. We initially booked and stayed in Sharjah but paid to move to this hotel half way through our holiday as it had a better location. The hotel is located a short walk away from the metro station which takes you to Dubai Mall and to the tram stop that takes you... More

No problems with service and cleanliness of room. Kitchen facilities adequate as long as you're not looking to cook a lot (which you would not expect on a holiday) Did not use the restaurant at all so cannot comment on this. Main plus is location. Metro within a 5 minute walk and plenty taxis available along with many eating establishments... More

The hotel is rather nice, even if there is not enough light in the rooms and bathroom was rather dirty. It was rather complicated to find. I sent an email few days before to ask how to reach it and I never got any answer back... Then comes the check-in. The receptionists were looking bored and it took a long... More

The hotel is a pretty okay place. It is not exactly my definition of luxury, but it's not average either it's somewhere in between, the rooms on the 7th floor upwards preferable, ask for a room facing away from the construction site. The Voyage tours is extremely resonable priced. In terms of service the porters are very annoying. But the... More
