We stayed at Nassima Tower for a month. The apartment is nice, well kitted and it is serviced daily by very friendly staff. There are complimentary bottles of water daily (which is a nice touch). The plus points of Nassima Tower are: 1. The location - it is on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to a metro. It is easy to... More

Appartements are nice with modern furniture and a town view. BUT, although the kitchen is quite nicely furbished, there is no correct pan, pot, salade bowl.....do not plan to cook here. It´s written on the kitchen inventory that you should have a toaster, salad bowl, coffe maker....none of them is available even if you ask for at the front desk.... More

It is a nice location, very very comfortable to visit the fair at World Trade Center, close to the old City and to the new crazy places, Emirates Mall, etc. The railway station is at 5 minutes walking, and all the connected hotel is giving the neede services. Breakfast is very good, and the staff, specially at the hotel side...... More

The hotel has the potential to score 9+. Location, spacious and Decor. All this is worthless with the current management and maintenance. My stay was terrible because the hotel could not rectify my bathroom problem and did not offer any alternative. Obviously it was zero value for my Money. I could have paid little more money and had better hotel... More

If you are after a Serviced Apartment Hotel with large rooms and this specific location , then this a good place. We took a two bedroom apartment. It was very large and in fact much bigger than the need. Location is on Shaikh Zayed Highway is perfect if you want to be close to the Exhibition / Conference Centre. Hotel... More

Good maintained apartment, full kitchenette equipment including pot, pan, jar etc. can't find a better one than this property so far when I need to attend trade show in Dubai. This property has a decent location, short walk to 24 hrs glossary store, metro, KFC at the corner. Good view and quiet.

Staying in The Marina

Neighborhood Profile
The Marina
It’s hard to believe that only a decade ago there was no marina. Opened in 2003, the man-made marina runs along a 3km stretch of shoreline. A heady mix of luxurious hotels, apartment buildings, and cafes, the marina hosts regular community events and markets, and is a wonderful place to while away an afternoon or evening. Spectacular at night when the skyscrapers glisten, here you can enjoy dinner on the beach next to the sea, or visit a high-rise bar in a hotel for a magnificent view across the Gulf and the man-made Palm Island, with the world-famous Atlantis Hotel at its end. The Walk at Jumeirah beach Residences is a pedestrianized stretch leading to a new development: The Beach. It’s one of the few places where Gulf nationals mix with tourists and Western ex-pats. It’s a popular place to show off your supercar for an evening, so watch out for Lamborghinis, Maseratis, and Ferraris in abundance.
