We stayed here for my wife's 4th in October 2012 and had a lovely time. Although the hotel was not in walking distance of the main attractions it had a free shuttle bus which was very helpful. The Ramada has a grand reception area and helpful staff and our room was clean modern and large. Taxis are a must in... More

The worst hotel experience I've had, despite the facilities being fairly decent. My room was entered while I was out on two of my three-day stay by persons other than housekeeping staff. On the first occasion, I found a master access card was left in the slot (after the room had already been made up). On the second occasion, the... More

Dear Guest, I am sorry to hear that you did feel unsafe in my Hotel. We actually do have a very sophisticated key card system in the hotel which does give us the possibility to see exactly who does enter the room. Master key-cards are coded and person bound and the reading of your room lock did not show entrance... More

We stayed at the Ramada for 3 Nights, the room equipment was decent and big enough, but we struggeld with the very noisy AC during the night, i.e. even when the AC was turned off, you could here the roaring sound of all other ACs of the neigboring rooms. Spa area lacked cleaniness and was not well maintained.Pool area is... More

Dear guest, Thank you for your review and your constructive comments. With respect to the Air-conditioner I can only but guess that some or other motor must have had a calibrating problem, as we hardly get complaints of noisy air-conditioners. We have a 24/7 mechanical engineer in the Hotel who could have alleviated the problem. With respect to the cleanliness... More

An excellent hotel, centrally situated in Dubai. Our room was large with a fab bathroom and a side view of the Dubai skyline. No noise from anywhere. Lifts are so quiet you don't even hear the doors open when you are standing waiting for one! Bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast choice was immense and very good. Service was... More

I would like to thank the hotel staff for making our stay so good, they couldn't do enough to make it so nice and pleasant, from the room to the food to the cleanliness just couldn't fault.Wi fi is a big thing this day and age so to have to pay for it in your rooms should be looked at,the only little... In the middle of nowhere is this hotel. Although it says Jumeriah it is actually considered Bur Dubai. You need a tax ito go anywhere as walking will not get you very far. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the Jumeriah Beach, Mercato Mall and Dubai Mall. Taxis however are easy to obtain and not overly expensive.... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review even though I would have prefered it to be a better one. We are indeed In the middle of nowhere but this makes us also in the middle of everywhere. We are approximately 20 meters distance from Jumeirah area and as there is a Ramada in Bur Dubai we've opted for the Jumeirah... More

I am currently staying at this hotel. When I read the review about the high cost of room WiFi I went straight to reception to check. It depends on your type of room whether or not there is a charge so check at your time of booking. That sorted, I can only say what a nice place to stay everything... More

Dear guest, Indeed, depending on the room category you book there is an inclusive of wifi and sometimes breakfast as well. As we have 4 categories of rooms this does give the guest a diversification of choice. Even though we do have quite a sophisticated and expensive wifi system, which is constantly upgraded to keep up with the norm required,... More

-close from the airport which was perfect as I was in Dubai for a night stopover. - The staff outside to help get a taxi. -complementary water bottles. -Tea and coffee facilities. However,The room insurance amount was actually deducted from my credit card rather than blocked! I've raised the matter through the customer service.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I appreciate your comment with respect to Wifi. We try as much as possible to communicate the free alternatives available and will look into improving this. I would appreciate you advising me about the "rip off" of the private taxis in front of the hotel. Even though they are of a third party,... More

Top hotel, two thumbs up. Great facilities both in the room and around the hotel. Staff were great and always made me feel welcome. I would go as far as saying it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in that is under 5 full stars. Yes the Wifi needs to be free as this is the norm... More
