Booked reservation with booking.com, room was filthy smelled fermented urine, once hotel staff were asked to replace it with a sanitized one, they refused, I had to go to nearby Holiday Inn and stay there in stead, Beach Hotel still charged me with $358 thru Booking.com, who stood by them to get their commission from the reservation, Beach Hotel claimed... I come to Dubai every year about this time. I come here on my way back to usa, It was the nicest hotel I have stayed at, plus it is near the beach which is closed now, but a 20 min walk you can be at the beach. Some people do not like the hot weather, but this is what... More

The apartment is huge and really cheap. Has a great pool and view to the mosque. Warning though, if you go during Ramadan there's no breakfast and the chanting from the mosque may wake you at 4 am. The only con would be the location. It's a little far away from all key points but not so far to be... More

We stayed here in May for 8 nights, the apartment is big, feels like home away from home. The roof top pool is a nice place to go for a quick dip. Shops and restaurants are close by no need to drive. Can't wait till the beach re-opens. Staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is nice... More

I stayed at this hotel from December 30, 2014 to January 2, 2015 with a group of musicians. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of our stay, from promptly resetting our wifi, storing our baggage for a few hours after checkout, to making arrangements for special taxi-bus pickup. The hotel apartments were very comfortable, with nice... More

This is a great place for a short break at Dubai, location is ideal. Next to the beach and walking distance from Dubai Marine Beach club which has a good selection of restaurants and bars. Don't miss roof top pool. Ideal place to relax. Rooms are average but clean with plenty of space.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights in January/February. Overall good experience and good apartment for the price. This is an apartment hotel, so no restaurant (although plenty in walking distance and delivery) or bar. Plenty of bars across the street at Dubai Marine Beach Club. Housekeeping only comes every other day unless you ask, however, they were... More

The apartments are located close to the open beach, short bus or taxi ride to most of the sights of Dubai. The apartments are reasonably well equipped - if you want to cook much more than a basic breakfast you might struggle but otherwise everything you need. Bed was comfortable, shower was good. Staff were outstanding, the first apartment we... More

Stayed at this hotel for one week, which was fine but would not recommend for longer term guests as the hotel does not cater for long term guests, 1.no washing machine, but they have a laundry service though no laundry bag given, however the service is rather pricey. 2.incomplete kitchen. Only provided cutlery,no real knife or cuttingboard, unless you ask. But then they bring... More

We stayed at this Hotel for 10 Days. Jumeirah is a beautiful part of Dubai with an awesome coastline. Our apartment was spacious and clean with Daily room service if required. The daily news paper was left just outside our door every morning. Hotel is situated close to the shops and to the supermarket, we found this very handy as... More

Staying in Jumeirah

Neighborhood Profile
Jumeirah
Years ago, before the skyscrapers, before the 12-lane highway, there was only Jumeirah. In fact, when the UAE was formed, its rulers signed the agreement in Union House, at the very start of Jumeirah Beach Road. Often called “The Beverly Hills” of Dubai, a drive down Beach Road reveals one enormous, lavish villa after another. Originally residential-only neighborhoods, they are now also home to an array of cafes, smart boutiques, and art galleries. Home to one of Dubai’s few public beaches, this recently renovated area includes a new boardwalk, running and walking track, with changing facilities and cafes along the way. Another landmark, Jumeirah Mosque, is the only mosque in Dubai that can be entered by non-Muslims. As part of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, the mosque hosts regular tours and talks about Islam, as part of an “Open Doors, Open Minds” program. A wonderful way to understand more about the UAE and Islam.
