My experience at The Ramada Downtown was indeed a very pleasant surprise. It felt like I was home with great service, staff always smiling and willing to help. Comfortable room with an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa, with great amenities. Would recommend anyone who wants to have a comfortable stay in Dubai at an affordable price.

The reception and room service are a bit slow. Suite is clean, spacious and nice design. Windows need to be cleaned more often. Bed is a bit stiff. Breakfast is superb, pool is very nice.
