Thanks to the attentive service of Arlene on reception our three night stay was very enjoyable. The hotel now known as the Raintree has suffered in recent reviews so we were apprehensive. We asked for a room away from the construction site, which was cheerfully provided with an upgrade. The room proved very comfortable, with good executive style fittings and... More

The bed was uncomfortable, it was two single beds joined together opposed to a double mattress. However, I understand you can ask to change your room. There is a huge construction site next door so you can imagine the noise and not so pleasant view from the bedroom. Check-in took ages, the lady mixed up my reservation and it took... More

We had booked this hotel as the Suha City about 10 months ago. We had also booked an airport pickup and a desert safari. We had pre paid the whole stay. We arrived in late at night from Zurich and weren't pleased to find no one there to pick us up. After waiting for a half hour we called the... More

My partner had stayed here on business before so we booked again needing accommodation to be centrally located for his business meeting. First impression was, as stated, the name change to the Raintree Hotel, and that's not all that had changed. No greeting on our entrance. No acknowledgement / eye contact from the four checkin staff, who were busy chatting... More

Good hotel situated between the airport and the city center, a short walk from the nearest Metro Deira. Large rooms and spacious bathroom. Good value for money. We don't take breakfast so We don't know their quality

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. Got early room after long flight, thx! But making mistakes like not opening pool on time (8a.m) and many "card-key-foulds" were annoying. Hotel near Deirra city center and metro is a value point.

Had a decent stay here for 2 nights, being close to Deira city centre is a big plus. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff at the reception was slow, took nearly 2 hours to check in even when we had a prior booking. Breakfast was good and service was excellent there. Overall a decent value for money.

perfect little hotel located in Deira, fabulous clean rooms, and great rooftop pool sauna etc. It worked out great for us as were on a business trip, however I would not want to stay here as a Tourist as I would prefer to more central i.e. Jumeirah or Downtown area. Staff at this hotel are also polite and courteous. They... More

They recently changed (a day before I was suppose to stay) the name to RainTree hotel. Hotel is located at a very convenient location from the airport (It will cost only 10-15 AED to travel from airport to hotel) and also to the nearest train station. Those who want to try indian food, Rajbhog restaurant is just opposite to the... More

The name change was the first matter of confusion about this hotel. The second was checking in. I checked in twice on two different occasions and on both occasions there was considerable delays and confusion. Checking in during the day took so long that I almost grew cobwebs! Obviously the hotel needs more staff. Once in, the rooms were ok... More
