We were booked for New Year, and its not going to be open. It was always going to be a risk but when I booked in October the Travel agents said it was due to open in Nov. I thought surley they couldnt afford to miss Xmas and New Year, but they have!!. Real shame, the Sofitel offered several alternatives... more

We booked this hotel for a great rate through Expedia and it said that the hotel was opening on July 1st 2009. As I've seen no reviews here I checked the hotels website and emailed them to make sure they are definitely open.
