“web images do not match reality”

We stayed for bussiness, and the service is excelent, the location and prices convenient. Only thing is that this hotel is supposed to be rated as 5*, but in fact does not reach the level at all. The images that are in the website are far away from reality. Decoration and furniture needs renovation urgently!!

“Functionally a nice place for business travellers..”

The apartments are spacious and facilities provided for a comfortable stay..Opp the City Centre is a great facility...for shoppers to Dubai and I prefer to stay at Flora because the train station is next door..

“Excellent Staff”

Arrived early due to flight times - staff could not have been more accomendating to find a finsihed room for an early check in.. Reception staff very welcoming and cheerful .... great stay will stay again on my return in October

We are arrived at 2:40am and were met at the reception by a very pleasant and friendly staff. Our rooms were clean. Housekeeping was very good they cleaned our rooms thoroughly everyday. it was my first stay and it was wonderful, from the check in till the check out I was treated nicely with respect.. all my requests were accepted with a big smile.. for sure I will stay there again in the near future and will recommend the hotel to my family and friends

“My stay at Flora Creek, Deira, Dubai.”

Excellent place to stay in Dubai (with family). No alcohol, no dance bar etc... Break fast could be better. Location is excellent. Metro is just a small walk away, taxi available on call or even near by road, Deira city centre (Shopping mall) is just 5 min's walk through the metro station.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The apartment is hugeee with all the facilities you could wish for. Room service is perfect. Very polite customer service. Buffet was good, a bit limited varieties, but overall good service. The view is amazing from the room.
