The hotel is managed by B&G Hotels. I booked through a 3rd party and was told about AED 300 deposit. Upon check in I was asked for AED 1000. I refused to pay but was asked to give a copy of my credit card. The front desk insisted it was “hotel policy”. On day 2 I found a hand written... More

We have recently come back after a holiday in Dubai lasting 10 days. We were really pleased with the accomodation, and would definately recommend if your travelling as as family. We travelled with our 21 month old child and he enjoyed the park and the space in the appartment. The staff were really attentive and the house keeping were brilliant,... More

The apartments aren't bad at all and in the end was nice to be right in the hub of Dubai. If you are traveling with the family do make sure that the sleeper couch is in good working order as for my family it was very poor and very uncomfortable. Finding the place is a little tricky at first but... More

Apartment 804 in Abu Kheibal building (building 17) is on the left handside heading onto the palm. Its 3 buildings away from the check in/reception. If you are driving thats fine, if you are in a taxi get the taxi to wait for you at check in and then take you to building 17. Its a bit of a walk... More

This accommodation was an apartment recommended to us as an alternative to a Hotel. We were in Block 1 on the first floor (104). Immediatly we found the accomodation to have a stale smell, we went to the on site shop and purchased air fresheners. the appartment was tired, the furniture stained and fixtures and fittings in need of serious... We stayed March2013 for 3 nights - 2 couples. We arrived into Dubai early morning only to be advised that our apartment wouldn't be ready till 3-4pm. Depositing our luggage at the management office we set off down town for breakfast & some grocery shopping. Our apartment was located on the parkside of the complex- Note that depending on which... We joined a firend for his 50th Birthday in Dubai and wanted to stay on the Palm but not pay Hotel prices as it was high season. The Royal Club was well located and was adequate for this purpose. The apartment rooms and bathrooms were good and reflected the price we paid. We enjoyed the living area, big balcony and... More

I don't understand why don't they write that it is a flat in an appartment building and not a hotel. And why they say that the beach club is free - actually you will have to pay for it extra. I would never stay there again And did I mention, that you have to cross a main junction to get... More

We lived on the palm for over 2 years and, as we moved out from our rental apartment, we decided to book a room with the Royal Club during the 4 days of packing/redecorating. Staff were helpful in organising for us to stay in an apartment in the next building to the one we were vacating, at our request. We... More

It is a group of furnished appartments over 20 buildings (not all of them owned by the group) so you will end up occupying an appartment with normal residents staying in their houses. You check in one building (20) and then you are told which building you have to go to. Inside the appartment is nice and spacious. Location is... More
