It has been one of my worst experience staying in this hotel. Almost ruined my trip to Dubai. The rooms are so bad and the mattresses were smelling bad. Reception staffs are not cooperative at all. They behave as if they are making favor of letting you stay in this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

NOISY! Because of their drunk guest even their loyal customers! We are residence near the hotel. They are all noisy all the time. Shouting unexpectedly in the middle of the night! We are inside our flat and we can hear their noise from outside. Management should at least see this and give action to this matter. Negative Zero! Thumbs down!... More

The rooms are clean is the only positive. Also there is a metro station 'Union' very near. But there are three night clubs in the building! Music till 3am every night! Impossible to sleep! Nightmare! The breakfast was a nightmare too! It was served in one of these so called night clubs.. basically it was like a grave.. I only... More

We recently went to Dubai and stayed for one week at this absolutely wretched hotel.Upon arrival there was a disgusting smell lingering in the air and to add to our misery the reception staff took our passport! and yes we had the pleasure of meeting the Pilipino women that every other reviewer has raved on about. we were showed to... From the dingy reception outfitted with old stained sofa's, to rude and directive reception staff. The hotel rates change daily based on demand and supply. Staff morale is very low, constant back bitting to the guests about each other. Hotel Rooms are small, cramped and some sheets sewn together with patches !!. The wwashrooms are literally 5 feet by 4... More

I have been a regular visitor to this hotel whenever I visit Dubai. However, during my recent visit last week I was shocked to find a complete turnaround. The people at the reception are very rude. Earlier the bell boy used to carry your luggage to the room. Now one has to carry one's own luggage apart from locating the... More

This hotel is a slum, to say the least. I stayed there this week and what a big mistake that was. It is not safe to stay and is used as a base for prostitutes to solicit work from guests staying in the hotel. The savings are not worth it, stay somehere else.
