This is definitely not a four star hotel by European standards! It's poor and in dire need of refurbishment. In particular, the 'gym' area looks dirty; a colleague of mine even spotted a big rat strolling around! The general impression of the hotel is one of shabiness and dampness. The A/C is very strong and so complicated to adjust that I... More

I stayed for about 4 nights, went there with a friend, each with separate rooms, we had all days a room service knocking at the door, they did their job quickly and good. New towels, new bed sheets, we didn't have to call reception to get room service. The restaurant is at 10th floor, semi-beautiful view, close to the hotel... More

It was my first time to this hotel. I was planning to stay for 1 night and then go to mecca for umra the next day. We choose to book a suite which was a very good decision as we were 3 adults and the rate was very reasonable. The rooms are clean and well furnitured. We had a ramadan... More

I wanted to checkout/pay using my credit card, but they ran our receipt paper. This is by far the most pathetic so-called 4-star hotel I ever checked... More

Generally rooms are very clean, there is free wifi internet, which is good(expect 128-256 kbits, enough for mail and voice only skype) when its working, but often it is crashing for short time. Breakfast are good, staff are very friendly, laundry service are doing job well too. The awful thing - avoid upper floors. Mine is 8 and at weekends(and... More

Good rooms, just few rooms with good view. It's located near center of old Jeddah. Food quality is good. House keeping is not good but if you ask the reception to support you, they will do. Gym is just a small room. Pool is about 2m x 3m. Restaurant in 10th floor has a good view. Internet is very very... More
