This hotel is a feel bad hotel. Old, worn out. Offers absolutely no value for the money. I have stayed there on a business trip. It was old, the room service reached my room no earlier than 5 p.m. ! Reception staff are friendly, but that does not compensate for the gloominess and the bad state of the hotel.

Great staff. The decor is direct from the 1980s but if you can get past that one small detail this is a very nice hotel. Good breakfast and quality of room service food is good. Need a taxi to get around. Nice place for business meetings and frequented by the locals.

Very good standard room, at a good price (for Jeddah where most hotels are over priced), with only the lack of a kettle being a negative. The pool is not in service, but as this is Saudi (can't swim with family) it didn't really matter. Comfortable clean, and spacious. Front staff are very friendly and helpful.

The quality in Saudi is at best below average, therefore this location was a pleasant surprise! Having traveled to Saudi for the past 4 years I struggled to find a comfortable, reasonable and consistent hotel, looks like this is it! Good location, reasonable food, clean and just plain "good"

The Jeddah Marriot was probably a great hotel when it opened. It is now a little tired and dated. Overall it is still a good place but needs more food choices and modern facilties. Staff we're very helpful

Overall, very good, with great service, clean, etc. There isn't any particular wow factor for the hotel, but all-in-all a good choice for the business or personal traveller. There is no concierge lounge, and I found the food choices a bit limiting. TIP: Horrible calamari in the main floor lounge. It was overcooked to the point of being rubbery and... More

The Jeddah Marriott was clean and comfortable with an excellent variety of food in the restaurant. The hotel staff were very friendly. However, the hotel lacked a gift shop where one could buy sundries and local souvenirs. The other major weakness was the lack of a Concierge Lounge for Marriott Rewards members which is a standard feature in virtually all... More

It was my second time to stay for 5 days in Jeddah Marriot, still the service is superb. I like the way they treat their guests. Although it is an old hotel, still i like it due to the privacy and comfort.
