Staff very helpful and friendly. Some things in hotel rooms need attention. Wifi good. Food overall good except seafood platters. Over priced and overdone. Pool was under maintenance. Bit overpriced for location.

Then we asked them if they have a tourism office to issue boarding tickets, their response was NO, then another receptionist heart us and did it for us... More

Arrived here in the evening, and straightly go to the restaurant to had some dinner. The food is really great with so many various menu. For the room, it was so big and old fashioned style. The AC is old styled. For the free wifi, I think the speed was not good enough back then. But the TV was really... More

Not a recommondation. Very lousy Service, old fashioned, loud at Night, when you have the hotel's main a/c infront of your window. Ear plugs are a Must. Typical Saudi style by Service. Shower's in the Spa Area smell like a toilet, only one towel policy. Very dissapointing.

Very good location to visit the Historic District which is literally just across the street. Food was good and service was excellent. The furniture and rug in my room showed considerable evidence of wear.

Well I decided to visit this hotel once more, not hoping for any change but for the face that the location and rate was ideal for the situation, lo and behold I was shocked. I was kindly up-graded by the kind gentleman of the name of Ahmed at the front desk, which was not the shock but the rooms that... More

This hotel is situated in a pretty beat up area in Jeddah, out of my window (i have a city view room) I can see broken, falling down buildings and a pallet depot stacked high with its wares; the constant beeping of horns also adds a pleasant feel to this beautiful view. On entering the hotel you are presented with... More
