I spent 5days in this hotel. Very helpful staff, prompt service at reception desk. Clean rooms. Shopping center JamJoom is in walking distance, (Tho not recommended for woman alone walking, I walked to there. Despite some surprised people nothing really happened.) Hotel is really nice and clean, modern looking with everything expected of a good hotel. The staff were helpful staff andpolite. Definitely recommend the steaks at the Crowne grill restaurant, one of the better steaks I have eaten and great service too. Lovely rooms, I had the diplomat suite, so cant comment on the others.
