the location was good in the heart of jeddah but the room was fair . the wi fi signal was very bad in my room you can navigate through the internet only in the bathroom where the wi fi signal is fair my room was at third floor near to the celebration hall .the music was very loud and continued... Very noisy, I believe it is due to the wedding banquets held at the hotel. They play loud music everyday till late night. Food is bad too.. several times I ordered food from room service and it was delivered cold and without seasoning., Hotel staff can hardly speak a word of English. Hopefully I will never stay here again if... More

As my normal hotel was fully booked I was put in this hotel for a night. Having read other reviews on TripAdvisor I was filled with trepidation. However, it turned out to be surprisingly okay. Sure, the room was the normal dark room you expect in Arab focused hotels in Saudi and the furniture was the normal baroque style but... More

Noisy hotel, staff doesn't have minimum skills in dealing with customers, breakfast is below average, the house keeping is good so rooms are clean. Stayed for 3 weeks I wouldn't come here again of course. STAFF ARE THE WORST THING HERE.

It lulls you in with a false sense of niceness. The reception area is nice with leather sofas and stone floors. The rest of the building is another story unfortunately. The rooms are big but that is probably the only positive thing. The bed is hard, The room is noisy - Thursday and Friday nights are particularly bad as wedding... More

It was a bad experience from the check-in time. The one at reception declined to provide the room for one of us saying that the booking is only for one guest. Then I had to show him the confirmation for 2 rooms. The one reception came out with an offer of upgrade to a suit facility with two rooms and... More

The room was clean but that it the only good thing I can find to say about this hotel. The restaurant food was awful tough meat, overdone vegetables, no fresh fruit, no fresh juices...and this in a country noted for its food. The wifi was all but useless in the rooms and on my second day there it packed in... More

I've been staying here for over 2months and I wouldn't recommend anyone this noisy hotel. Every night there are parties or wedding or whatever that won't let you fall asleep until 3-4 in the morning. Don't let yourself fooled by the guy on the reception saying he'll change your room next day, it won't happen! And the internet is working... More

The worst hotel I've ever been. Wedding parties every night until 4am. It is impossible to sleep. Do not advise anyone
