Stayed for 10 nights, not too good..... Very noisy they prefer filling there rooms with wedding guests so lifts are busy in fact a man sits in the lift to control it majority of the time. Breakfast was basic, Evening meal was a buffet, with different tastes Indian - Asian - Western. Room was OK on 6th floor, TV channels... More

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks on business trip to Jeddah. This hotel is very popular for wedding halls. So, there was a marriage even almost every night that continued until late at night. Apart from this its a nice hotel with clean room and all necessary amenities. During my stay renovation was going on in the hotel.... More

Stayed at the Hotel for about 20 days. Courteous Staff and Quality of Rooms is also commendable. You will get only Arabic/Turkish Cuisines here. Nothing Indian at all. The Business Centre is Bad and you don't get Good Wifi Connectivity on the 5th Floor. TV Plays only 35 Channels that too with bad picture quality.

We stayed here not through choice but was a pleasant enough hotel. The airline put us in it due to a strike. We spent four nights here the original rooms we were shown were at the front of the hotel and were very nice however the hotel was being renovated so there was a lot of noise. We were given... More

I stayed at the hotel for three nights on a business trip. The hotel is well located and most taxi drivers know it. It's near Al Beik Rest and a decent supermarket. The service is bad, the bathroom wasn't cleaned during the whole three nights and you have to ask for toilet paper also. Overall it's not more than a... More

In simple words, this is a HORRIBLE hotel(if we can say it is). We booked for 2 connected bedrooms, and then we were given a suite that have one bedroom(double bed) and a salon. We thought they will change the salon into a bedroom through adding extra beds, but they said they don't have extra beds and were given the... More

Not at all worth for business and personal trips. Lack of cleanliness. The staff does'nt know english only speaks Arabic which is a bug communication barrier. Internet speed is very bad. In addition the charges they charge i.e.550 SAR per person per room is very high. Its not even worth of 150 SAR.

Internet problems were daily. They would always say that there is nothing they can do about it. They would ask you to go to the lobby or to a different area of the hotel. If you need a hotel with internet connection, DO NOT choose this one.
