We stayed one night at the hotel and we were very happy with our choice. The hotel lobby is spacious, offers plenty of seating. Some shops and a bank are also housed within the complex.
The room and the bathroom was very clean. The Breakfast buffet offered lots of options. Would stay here again if returning to Aleppo.

Stayed two nights. Location is excellent right across the street from the interesting Old City and within walking distance of The Citadel, the amazingly well-preserved dominant fort overlooking the entire city, and the Umayad Mosque, one of the most important in all of Islam. Rooms were typical Sheraton, i.e. modern, well-appointed with a very comfortable bed. Club lounge was nothing...

Hotel is centrally located, though in the middle of a parking lot/ closed construction like island... so feels a little islolated as its concrete dead space around it. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. On site Bank, shops and Europacar - whic will set up your airport transfers and day tours (NOTE; Charge for a driver AND then need to...

This is a great property well located in Aleppo. But the service is iffy. Staff seem poorly trained and organized. Breakfast was a disorganized zoo! The Italian Restaurant is great though! Check-in and out a bit laboured. Room amenities are cheap.

The room we had was spacious and clean, though I noticed...

We stayed 3 days in the Sheraton and it was very relaxing. The location is very convenient, even if it is not directly located in the old City. The Armenian quarter ist just across the street with lots of restaurants and shops. To walk to the great mosque takes only 10 minutes.
The rooms are spacious and have those wonderful...

The Sheraton Aleppo is a large, international style hotel. The basic infrastructure is very good and what you would expect almost anywhere in the world for this type of establishment.
We were with a tour group and did not have much interaction with the staff, though our drink in the bar was not blessed with good or attentive service. Ate...
