We spent 2 nights in the Hiitite suite on our honeymoon. It was absolutely incredible with the most amazing bathroom I have ever seen at a hotel. The palace has been beautifully resotred and each suite is individually decorated - I would recommend asking for a tour of the hotel. The food is absolutely delicious and we had supper in... more

I am Jordanian, originally from Aleppo, Syria. I fell in love with all the details! Simply Beautiful. I have always wanted to have lived in a typical Syrian house, with the courtyard in the middle, and a small fountain (bahra) centered in the courtyard, living in the house with all luxuries was just remarkable. I have been there last December,... more

Located in the heart old down town of Aleppo, were you're neighboring residential houses since 150+ years ago, families are still living there. It’s not a commercial hotel area, even the hotel is the 1st and the only running hotel in the area. As we learned from the Concierge the hotel never placed a sign that indicates its presence, in... more

I heard a lot about this hotel and was afraid that my expectations would ruin my experience. That was not the case, I felt that I owned a 500 year old luxorious mini palace during my stay. By owned I mean the service was quite personal. You get to pick your food menu, you can get local entertainment, or you... more

Travellers to Aleppo - its easy to say nice things about the property (small, paradise-like, nice service-people, etc), but is it really holding up to the high claims by my 5 other commentors before? Initial reaction is that warning bells should ring - as the property was recently sold to a London-based Syrian local! Here is our review: - The... more

My husband and I spent two nights in July at the Mansouriyeh Palace. What a place! We celebrated his birthday, having a wonderful meal in the courtyard with friends, all complete with a millefeuille birthday cake. The bathrooms are amazing and we truly enjoyed the Ottaman Suite, one of the larger rooms in the Mansouriyeh. We liked this room as... more

We found this hotel through Trip Advisor and it was everything we had expected from the reviews. In my opinion, it is one of the finest hotels in the world. In old Aleppo, down narrow lanes that haven't changed for centuries, the entrance to this boutique hotel is unmarked and through a small hall and finally a doorway that opens... more

Great 9 suite hotel...each room themed on different cultures & civilizations that passed through this diverse region. Was with a 13 person group and we had 5 rooms booked out. Just sitting outside in the courtyard listening to the singing birds and the call of prayer coming from the grand mosque close by was a wonderful feeling.. We were there... more

I was here with a group of business travelers, who al had stayed in many hotels, but this is beyond everything. Based in the UNESCO protected downtown of the amazing city Aleppo, you will find a few beautiful restored houses, situated around small patio's. In total there are 9 suites, all expressing a different time period in the history of... more

One of the best experiences that you can seek! We spent three nights (group of friends) who booked all nine rooms of the boutique hotel. It is a 16 century Arabic house renovated to the best luxury standard while maintaining ultimate details for unique theme for each room. The distinctive Turkish bath in the hotel was so enjoyable. Staff was... more
