stayed at the baron for 2 nights paying about £40 a night for a large if slightly shabby room.all the rooms have now been renovated,but it still retains that slightly shabby, run down feeling. we had a room at the back which was quieter but some would still find it pretty noisy due to the syrians love of the car... more

Hotel as others say, run down trading on past associations. We were let down by Walid who hangs round the foyer. He offerred a taxi to Gazentip in Turkey for 4,000SP and said it would be safe; good car, the driver would speak English and would leave us safely with the taxis/mini buses that would take us further into Turkey.... more
