Four converted houses in the older part of the ‘new’ city, a few minutes walk from the Old City. Reception and the restaurant are in the original building, opened in 1997, so you may have a short walk down the alleys for breakfast.
I've stayed on business (alone) and on vacation (with my wife). Single rooms in the original house are small, but adequate; double rooms in the annexes are larger and more comfortable. One annex has an elevator, but the traditional stairs up from the ground floor in the main building and the other annex are not suitable for the elderly or handicapped.
Free Internet access in the original building only.
Some credit cards accepted (sometimes reluctantly)
It's name is confusingly misrepresented - correctly it's Dar Zamaria Orient House (owned by the Martini family)
