Because they are so popular I could only stay 2 nights, but was delighted with my stay. The room was comfortable with a great bed, air-con, wifi and a good bathroom. The hosts, a blended Australian Lao family, were very supportive to me when I had lost both my credit cards and advanced cash to allow me to continue my... More

The hosts were very nice but the sad truth is that the place is overpriced. We changed after 2 nights to similar place near by which was 1/3 of the price. Reasons for our critical review: - wifi didn´t work properly, it was on and (mainly) off - the room was dirty, the bathroom mat (towel) was really stained and... More

Apple guest house is a very well run business popular with granny packers. Very clean and very quiet. Good plumbing and electrics. Rooms come equipped with AC, fan, tv, and attached hot shower/wc. Good quality bedding. Other than this the rooms are pretty basic and the wifi is weak. Complimentary coffee and chilled water is available on the communal porch.... More

One night here will be remembered as a moment of charm and comfort, a good bed, a beautiful room, a great location and much help when needed. Our 4 nights were cut short by my passport being confiscated at entry because no S.E. Asian airline had noticed that I had only 3 months left on my passport...when it is mandatory... More

What a great place to stay, right behind the centre of the old city and only meters from the Mekong River. We're living here for 4 weeks. The family owners, a mix of Australian & Lao, simply cannot do enough for us. You really must stay here. Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable, and a quiet location. All at a... More

We came here with people we met on our coach as we didn't have a place booked. There was an Australian man looking after it whilst the owners were on holiday and he sorted us out, he was really helpful. We could only have a room for one night although we wanted 2 but they were full, however we were... More

I stayed at Apple Guesthouse for five days and enjoyed my stay immensely. The location is in the center of Luang Prabang and yet, is set off in a small lane that is quiet and picturesque. My room had a comfortable bed, good shower, and a nice balcony to relax where you could read, talk with friends, drink free tea... More

Hi There, Thank you for staying at Apple Guest House. It was so nice to met you. The weather now has cooled down a lot and it is very pleasant to walk around. Luang Phrabang is now celebrating the end of Buddhist Lent. All the temples have filled their grounds with stars, lamps, and lanterns, different colours, sizes, and shapes.... More

Four girls travelling, we found the guesthouse to be clean. The rooms are really nice and spacious, the bathrooms are really nice as well. The staff are very friendly and welcoming when you arrive, they will help you with anything! It's in a great location and overall it's been a great stay. Would definitely comeback and stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse, it's quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located near the main street. I enjoyed the free water, tea and coffee and there is a balcony where you can sit and relax. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bathroom was fine, having lived in SE Asia, a shower... More
