Lives up to its billing as a five star property. Its manager is from Germany and runs a superb property very well. The staff is most helpful, always smiling and tries to anticipate your needs. This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The prices are higher than in luang prabang town but it is to be expected as it is a first class hotel. Having travelled and stayed in many 5* resorts/hotels in my time this is definately one of my all time favourites. more
