Made a reservation with booking.com, arrived to be told we had no reservation. They then looked it up in the system, still nothing. Finally gave them our booking reference and full name, they couldn't find it. Brought up the e-mail for them and finally they said there was a mistake with our booking and we had gotten the room too... More

nice and quiet place with garden with a great central location, you can easily walk to the most important attractions in the city. Rooms are clean and spacious , breakfast is fine and the service is accurate. There is also a small swimming pool where children can play.

This is a good hotel at a good location. Good rooms good staff. The bathrooms looked a little run down due to not so good maintainence, but thats the only negative part of this hotel. The breakfast was just about ok.

it is an hotel with lot of history, the service is good and the ambiance is nice. It is just too bad that when you reserve two rooms for four days the hotel management do not select for you a nice room with a view. We had two rooms with a wall at 2 meters from the window, so no... More

Although unsure reading reports of 'over the road' that is where we were. Interesting setup and had room under stairs but honestly was quiet no issues. Wonderful breakfast in main building overlooking street - loved Luang Prabang beautiful people, clobbered streets, wonderful shops and oh the night market! On route for monks morning alms giving - worth an early start.... More

Great location Arrived at Villa Santi from Hanoi. We had booked a deluxe room. Check in was fine and all straight forward, we were staying across the road, which seemed a bit strange, but we have to say the room was lovely, plenty of room and clean, and everything we need. It’s right next to a school and I think... More

When staying in Villa Santi you are staying in a piece of the historical World Heritage city of Luang Prabang. It became a hotel after a princess in the former royal family married an entrepraneur and turned the residence into a wonderful place for tourists to experience the town. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the main... More

Villa Santi was the perfect hotel for our five nights in Luang Prabang this month. My friend and I checked in late, but with ease, greeted with cool juice and many smiles in reception. Our room was in the second building, at the bottom of the stairs, but it wasn't loud as we'd feared based on other reviews. Though there... More

Upon arriving at Villa Santi, we were most impressed with the staff, cleanliness and shear hospitality of the hotel. Although we assumed that Villa Santi had the pool that the sister hotel has, we had no problem taking the shuttle there the day following our arrival. The rooms were very clean and welcoming, and the the staff was always more... More
