we stayed at Kinnaly 8 nights, travelling with our 13 years old daughter. The room was beautiful, large and comfortable, the sheets and towels super clean, the location could not be any better and the off season price: only 80,000 kip (for the three of us, sharing a HUGE king size bed). They DO HAVE free WiFi. The small old... More

I stayed in one of the downstairs rooms which had 2 single beds, a fan and ensuite bathroom. I traveled in the low season and the room cost 50 000 kip a night. I found a solo traveler to share with me so ended up paying only 25 000 per night, so an absolute bargain! The room was clean with... More

Location is the selling point!Near the river in old part of town.Big clean rooms, but they are not cleaned daily or bins emptied which is odd.The staff smile but do not interact, There is a cheap laundry service.I payed 100,000kip for a big double bed. Great clean rooms with hardwood floors, high ceilings, wood trim, attached bath, and fresh white sheets. Close to everything. Laundry service is great. 100,000 Kip for room without balcony. A real gem.

We stayed 4 nights here. A bit more expensive than expected 120,000 Kip for an upstairs room with balcony. Room was clean and comfortable, no wifi or tv as mentioned but we got by ok! A short walk to the main street, bars, Mekong etc. Main complaint was the room wasn't cleaned once during our stay, and when we requested... More

After arriving in town at about 6am, we took the cheaper room downstairs which has two large single beds, a fan and a private bathroom. All very clean, with an excellent shower. The location is brilliant, only one street back from the Mekhong in the old quarter and very near to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Staff are very... More

We booked in intending to stay 3 or 4 nights but stayed 2 weeks! This guesthouse was quiet and comfortable and in a central location. Overall this was one of the most comfortable places we stayed in South East Asia. Good: * Very quiet guesthouse * Large rooms, some with balcony * Ensuite bathroom * Clean * Free bottled water... We ended up staying here for 6 nights on our trip to Laos. The room was very resonably priced and we were given options of a cheaper room downstairs or one upstairs with a balcony (this was the one we took). The rooms are basic with a/c and fan and simple bathroom but very clean. We really loked the feel... More
