Excellent location in historical part of Luang Prabang, this hotel has beautifully furnished large rooms, and extremely helpful and friendly staff, same for Swedish owner, Urban who is always around to greet and help guests. The hotel has free transportation around town, a wine social hour every few days for guests (free) and restaurant across the street with great views... More

This hotel is located overlooking the Mekong Riiver and very close to all the attractions in the town. Service levels were very high, and most of the amenities/ services are to European levels, as the hotel is owned by European experienced hotel owner. The staff also were knowledgeable on all local attractions including the daily Alms giving to the monks.... More

location is good and rooms are well furnished. But the prices are crazy. The staff are well aware of this because if you head for the door the rates drop enormously - but why bother with this chicanery - head down the road for the same view and use the savings for a good dinner. Next to a busy road... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in September 2014. We were warmly greeted by staff on arrival and appreciated the sit down discussion on location, things to do, about the hotel etc. The attention to detail is fantastic and we really appreciated the most comfortable beds and pillows experienced during this trip. The staff were very helpful and gave us... More

We stumbled into the restaurant on our first long walk around the beautiful heritage listed part of town. The staff were so fantastic and the prices were very reasonable considering the exotic location and the setting. We made sure to go back on our last day for a very special lunch and were treated with such dignity by the great... More

Friendly and thoughtful service that starts when you arrive. Appreciated the map and orientation to how this part of Luang Prabang is laid out. Also thought the electric golf carts to take guests to places they wanted to go were a very hospitable touch. All staff members that I met were well trained and professional. The location, right at the... More

Although this hotel is slightly out from the main town it is still only a 10 minute walk past monasteries which after a delicious meal in town makes for a very pleasant evening stroll. The hotel sits overlooking the junction of 2 rivers so sitting watching the world go by was an easy way to spend time. Practicalities...the laundry service... More

What an amazing hotel, we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel a couple of weeks ago and we had such an amazing time. With just one email our complimentary pick up from the airport was arranged, when we checked in we were provided with a nice cold drink and given a detailed map with all the local attractions... The great place with beautiful surroundings and breathtaking view on the Mekong, we stayed there for four days while traveling through Laos and certainly someday we come back. Beautifully equipped and designed rooms, excellent service and a very friendly and nice owner, who from time to time organizes meetings for the guests combined with wine testing. This is one of... The location is superb, the rooms very comfortable, the staff and owner attentive and helpful, the service flawless, and the food great. We were a group of 3 in 2 rooms and we all agreed on this. I hope I can visit again someday.
