This is a relatively new guesthouse - opened in spring of 2008. The owner is a really nice friendly woman who genuinely likes talking to her guests and helping with arrangements etc. She is a retired doctor and says that doing a Caesarian section is easier than using the internet - hence if you email about a reservation you aren't... more

Hotel rooms in Luang Prabang are expensive in comparison to the rest of Laos and indeed expensive in comparision to other developing countries. For what you get though, this is good value for Luang Prabang.
