We spent 2 nights at the Rama hotel in Luang Prabang, Laos, which exceeded all our expectations. The employees are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and drinking water is provided for free. Likewise for internet access. We can recommend the hotel without reservation. It has an excellent price-service relation.

This hotel is good value for money. Nice location, and very helpful staffs. Although the decoration and furniture is not new but clean and safe enough to stay there without worrying. It's also very close to a famous temple, Visoon temple. All in all, I am satisfied with staying here for 5 nights.

The room is grim, not clean, the toilet is in worse shape that I have ever saw, the room smelled BAD! And the breakfast was obviously made hours before, my omelet was cold and was served to my table second after I ordered it!
