I went to visit this hotel with my cousin as a girly 2 week holiday and we absolutely loved it. We couldn't complain about anything. The staff are so friendly and welcoming it made it hard for us to leave. The entertainment team are so enthusiastic even after a 16hr shift everyday, there was never a dull moment. The food... more

Salem is not loosing of their charm at all but we wasn't lucky with real cleaning room. Rooms are small considering that had to be triple but nothing made our great vaccation bad. TAKE CARE:... more

7 of us ranging in age from 38yrs to 9 months old had a wonderful holiday at the marhaba salem. The rooms are basic, but for the price I wouldn't complain. The country is amazing, visit El Djem and Monastir if you get the chance, but what made the holiday so fantastic were the brilliant staff at this hotel. The... more

We were there October 2008. The hotel was great and the food (we ate only breakfast) was ok. We had a nice view to the pool and all the four pools in the area were excellent!! The beach was also very near and almost perfect! The water is clear and pretty warm. We stayed there for a week and only... more

Just returned from 1 week stay here, paid just under £300 each half board flying from Glasgow with Thomson. Flight was worst ever for leg room. Transfer quick and efficient, reception friendly at hotel. Room basic twin, not designed to easily push together to make double which was a shame, even for over 40's!. Food generally good, loads of fresh... more

This Hotel is great if you are on a cheaper budget holiday. It is a 3 star hotel based around 2 other sister hotels which are set within a self contained complex. You are able to use all the facilities including the Royal Salem which is a 4 star hotel. The rooms are a little small but comfy. The hotel... more

Me and my brother stayed at this hotel in Tunisia with Thomas Cook holidays for two weeks half-board and loved it. The staff were honestly very friendly immediately upon our arrival and stayed that way throughout our time there. The room we were staying in was basic, two single beds, shower/bathroom and Sat T.V. The good thing about the room... more

Went to Marhaba Salem, on the recommendation of someone else. We knew it was the sister hotel of the Royal, and had no problem with that! Food was fantastic! Staff could not do enough to help! The entertainment team were brilliant with the kids. Would definately go back. The only thing that was hard to handle was the way women... more
