We went last week for 3 days with our kids, well my first remark was regarding the unexciting access for the disabled people and the same in the bathroom since there is no shower. But I can’t reproach anything to the size of the room which was correct, they all have a balcony some of them with the sea view... More

Ok, spent 4 nights, package with my tour. It is, dissent hotel, differently not 4 stars, I will give solid 2. Food is average at Best. What are really good is customer serves. Big thank you to Muhammad (hope I am spelling right) at front desk and Absolutely Lovely cleaning Lady on 3 floor.

This hotel is rated 4 Stars by the Tunesian authorities. It might have been 4 Stars back in 2005 (as the sign outside the hotel states) but by today standards it's not living up to that promise. Half of the hotel is refurbished, but i've stayed in one of the "original" rooms. Old furniture, beds with slat stone mattresses and... More

Second year running that my family and I stayed at this hotel - would never ever return as we had expensive make up and perfume stolen from the room. Only people with access other than us were cleaning staff. Reported it to the management while we were at the hotel, investigation did not reach a conclusion before we returned to... More

Myself and my parents spent 10 days at the El Ksar Hotel early September this year. We had a number of issues from the offset on this holiday but that was down to the poor customer service of Thomas Cook not any fault of the hotels. We thought we were going away to a disabled friendly hotel where my father... More

We were moved from a wheelchair friendly hotel to this wheelchair friendly hotel There was a disable room with a shower that you had to get up a slight incline as you had with the toilet .This was very slippy so not really safe .There was ramps everywhere which my husband had to free wheel down as did another guest... This was my 10th time in Tunisia and I have stayed in a number of hotels. Lovely hotel with great staff. The hotel's lighting inside is quite dark but it fits with the 'castle' theme to the hotel. Amazing Spa there with a cardio suite that costs 15 dinar (£6) per hour. I stayed October 8th for a week and... More

Staying at this older hotel in October, 2014, we were not dissapointed but not satisfied as well. Everything there is - average. The hotel was built as Sultan´s palace in 30´s. Furniture and all equipment of the it is very old-fashioned. The rooms are quite small, but as we know all of them have a balcony. Some of them with... More

Well I went to this hotel from 5th to 12th October and I not recommend it , Why because if you are looking for service and personable staff this is not there. If you have any form of mobility or disability well this hotel does not offer any assistance to its guests. The amenities were some distance away from reception... More
