not too big ,not too small. near beach and 8 mins from centre of sousse. Basic but ample breakfast , friendly staff, all rooms clean and good size very good value for money.Pool a good size for relaxing by.

Old hotel and room was in very bad condition. nothing work in the room from tv to ref. and the bed was very hard and absolutely not for sleeping. When we asked to change the room the answer was: take it or leave it! The service is very bad so try to avoid it!
